A practical tool for the work you repeat

I help you define one recurring workflow, then build the tool around it. Roles, exports, tests and the operating plan are part of the scope.

I am Chris Dugan, based in Pittsburgh.

25 years in enterprise technology at Microsoft, Google, Oracle and Salesforce. I work in person across Greater Pittsburgh, the South Hills and Washington County.

Ownership and support

Your proposal identifies what you own, which accounts you control and what it costs to run. Website care is optional. Applications have an agreed operating plan, whether I support them or hand them over to a qualified provider. The running costs and support options are on the Services page.
